An exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Support Manager to join Customer Support Team.
The Role
The Customer Support Team is friendly and hard working with a can do attitude, and our customers are important to us. We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to lead, manage, develop and improve our Customer Support service, providing integrated support across the organisation to multiple service areas. This is an exciting role as it not only includes the management of our front-line service, but also is key in developing and designing future customer service provision, including leading on and embedding the use of technology, automation, self-service and performance management.
About You
If you are looking for a new challenge have strong IT, organisational and interpersonal skills, and enjoy multi-tasking, this is the job for you. Financial management skills are a must as are strong communication skills.
