Branch Coordinator (Lettings)

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity as a Branch Coordinator? Look no further! We are in search of a dynamic and motivated individual to join our client's team in Canada Water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in every task.
- Manage and maintain branch systems, databases, and records to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support the branch team by handling administrative duties, such as managing calendars, organising files, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to facilitate seamless communication and processes.
- Aid in the onboarding process for new employees, providing necessary training and resources.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of branch policies and procedures.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a branch coordinator or administrative role would be ideal.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a positive and team-oriented atmosphere.
- High level of professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of branch operations and procedures would be an added advantage.
