The Role - Behaviour Mentor:
We are seeking a committed Behaviour Mentor to join a SEMH School, in this role you will be supporting a year 8 boy on a 1:1 basis. You will be creating a strong understanding of his day-to-day behaviours & moods. The rapport you are building should allow you to use your own behavioural management techniques to deal with emotions and situations to the best of their ability.
