Location: Derby (Embrace the office vibes - 4 days a week!)
Salary: £23,800 (1 month FTC pro rata)
Initial 1 month FTC with potential of extension and possibility of permanent position after initial month

Your Mission:
We are looking for a Merchant Services Administrator to manage our merchants post deal, and to assist with the administration of our deals.
The Merchant Services Administrator will be responsible for working with merchants after their deal has run on the site by resolving their queries, processing payments, checking contracts match the agreed deal and maintaining the business to merchant relationship.
Your Quests Include:
· Work alongside internal teams to manage the administration of deals.
· Provide support and reassurance to merchants and resolve any queries.
· Work closely with the internal Finance and customer support teams to handle any issues for a particular merchant.
· Work alongside the Sales Team to understand a particular merchant and their business profile.
Who you are:
· Background in an administrative role would be advantageous.
· Detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
· Showing initiative, motivation and focus.
· The ability to communicate efficiently – verbally and in writing.
· Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Outlook and Excel.
· The ability to multitask and handle several merchants simultaneously.
· Be able to work as part of a team but take responsibility and make decisions knowing when to escalate an issue.
· An excellent ability to be professional at all times and remain calm under pressure.
· Time management skills that allow you to manage your own diary effectively.
· Ability to build rewarding merchant relationships.
· Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations.
