Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Inspector to join an independent estate agent at their office in Cheltenham on a part-time basis.
Property Inspector – Duties
- Carrying out midterm property inspections
- Reporting on property condition back to the Property Manager
- Uploading reports to internal database
- Booking and carrying out property viewings when required
- General Lettings administration pertaining to the role
Property Inspector - Experience Needed
- You will have previous Lettings experience
- You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
- You will have excellent organisational skills and great time keeping
- You will be able to manage your own diary and have a keen eye for detail
- Possess a clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
Property Inspector - Details
- Part time position working 25 hours a week
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
- Opportunity for role to diversify should successful candidate desire
- No weekends
