About the role
We’re searching for a talented integrated designer that has great skills in both print, digital and motion. We are looking for someone who is keen to take the next step in their career and has a positive can-do attitude to work. Responsibilities
- Collaboration with the Global Head of Brand Creative & the Creative Lead Designer to develop global campaign launches and digital marketing activations
- Creation and design of beautiful and effective work for digital outputs through associated channels like paid and organic social
- Creating digital artwork and adapting of creative assets for regional rollout
- Building and maintaining brand guidelines/brand bible
- Creating new workable templates for iterations within different regions
- Creatively collaborating and play an active role in brainstorming concept sessions within the creative department and wider teams
- Creating and designing visually appealing graphics, including new logos, global toolkits, cropping guidelines, POS, packaging, website and social
- Producing short-form video content titling/transitions/visual and motion concepts
- Learning about photoshoots and art direction with guidance from the Global Head of Brand Creative
Requirements
- 5 years + experience working in a design agency or in-house (Wellbeing/Beauty experience is a plus)
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects & Premiere Pro
- Portfolio showcasing strong layout, typography, imagery, motion and animation
- Excellent creativity and ability to think outside the box, bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Understanding of print processes and specifications to ensure optimal print quality
- Familiarity with UX/UI web design principles and user experience functionality
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic and fun working environment
Bonus if you have
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, HTML, Monday or JIRA
