Position: Light factory production work involving machine setting hand work, packing, hand finishing of printed products we manufacture.
Location: Banbury
Key Responsibilities:
The primary qualities we are looking for are reliability, honesty and integrity and an ability to
work well with our small but hard-working team.
An eye for detail and an ability to work equally well on your own and as part of a team.
- Assemble and fabricate finished products according to specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for finishing tasks
- Lift and move heavy materials or finished products as required
- Maintain a clean and organised work area in the warehouse
Requirements:
Previous experience in factory production preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
willingness to learn.
Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate: £11-£13 per hour depending on experience.
Monday to Thursday schedule: 08:00 - 16:30, Friday schedule: 08:00 - 13:30.
