Job description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will pick up and deal with a range of matters and responsibilities including;

Advising on a range of Commercial Property transactions including Landlord & Tenant, Development, Property finance work and investment deals.
Deal with a range of clients including corporate clients and charities.
Work collaboratively within the legal team to achieve common goals
Actively contribute to business development and marketing for the Property team.
Support the Partners with coaching and development of junior fee earners.
Meet billable hours targets
