**Position Overview:** We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Qualified Accountant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in working with our clients to produce accurate financial accounts, manage payroll, and ensure timely and compliant submission of tax returns.

**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate closely with owner-managed businesses and SMEs to produce financial accounts that meet regulatory standards and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Efficiently run payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Calculate and submit tax returns, keeping abreast of changing tax laws and regulations.
- Provide expert financial advice and support to clients, helping them navigate complex financial matters and achieve their business goals.

**Requirements:**
- ACA or ACCA qualification is essential.
- Proven experience working in an accounting practice, ideally with exposure to owner-managed businesses and SMEs.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
