What you will do in your working day
The apprentices taks and responsibilities will include:
- To provide first line technical and user support, covering all aspects of information security and technology
- Ensure issue resolution is carried out promptly and effectively in a compliant and secure manner.
- Help to identify risks
- Develop new and review existing information security training, education and awareness
The training you will be getting Apprentices will undertake the level 6 digital and technology solutions professional degree apprenticeship studied at Staffordshire University. Apprentices will complete launch weeks at our Stoke on Trent campus for 1 week per semester. On completion of the programme, apprentices will achieve a BSc (Hons) Digital & Technology Solutions.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship This role offers long term opportunities to progress to a permanent position upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Qualifications GCSE or equivalent English (Grade C/4 or above or equivalent) Essential

A Level or equivalent 3 x A Levels or Level 3 BTEC (Grade BCC or equivalent) Essential
A Level or equivalent Computer Studies (Grade C or above) Desired
