Job description
Male Day Support Workers (Full or Part-Time Vacancies Available) to Work with Male Vulnerable Adults.
Come and Join Our Experienced Team of Support Workers at Tremora Cottage To Provide Support and Care for Adults living with a Mental Disorder (mainly Learning Disability and/or Complex Mental Health Problems). Help us to provide Support and Care to the Residents at Our Small Residential Home in Llanaber, on the Outskirts of Barmouth in South Gwynedd. All New Full and Part-Time staff (Excluding Bank Staff) receive a £500 Joining Bonus (Subject to T's & C's).
Tremora is a Quiet Residence so these Vacancies will suit people with a more mature outlook, who enjoy a slightly slower pace at work. The Majority of the Time will be spent at and around the Residence, although we do Encourage our Residents to take trips out and undertake activities such as gardening and walking. Due to the maturity of the residents some prefer to spend time at the home.
A Full UK Driving Licence is required for this post. We are unable to offer Sponsorship for Overseas Applicants.

A Competitive Salary: £24,286.08 - £25,356.24 per annum (Dependent on Qualifications)
QCF/NVQ Enhanced Pay Rates up to and including Level 5 (This is given when the levels are attained or if you are already qualified). QCF Level 2, 25p per hour, QCF Level 3, 38p per hour, QCF Level 5, plus 49p per hour
