Ryder Reid is looking to recruit a hard-working and eager Receptionist to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis. The working hours for this position will be 8am- 4pm.
The duties for the role will include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring visitors and clients are received in a professional manner.
Signing in visitors.
Being a main point of contact for visiting attorneys.
Arranging catering for meetings.
Maintaining a clean & tidy reception area.
Answering calls and directing accordingly, as well as taking full and accurate messages.
Handling taxi and reservation requests.
Assisting with administration tasks when required.
