TPF Recruitment is proud to represent a reputable client in the recruitment of an Accounts Senior to join team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a primary point of contact for designated clients, managing all their accounts compliance and service requirements.
About the Role:
As an Accounts Senior, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the completion of all relevant tasks related to client accounts while maintaining effective team workflow. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of accounts for companies, partnerships, LLPs, and sole traders
- Preparation of tax returns and computations
- Review of VAT returns
- Tracking work progress and maintaining communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Conducting research and addressing complex client issues
- Completing administration on client account files and setting up relevant file reviews
- Reviewing work of Accounts Assistants and assisting other service line members as required
- Preparing bills and monitoring Work in Progress (WiP)
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- ACA/ACCA/AAT part qualified or previous experience in practice
- Ability to prioritize workload and adaptability to changing demands
- Enquiring nature with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Team player capable of independent work when required
