RINA is currently recruiting for a Business Development Managerto join its office in Leatherhead  within the Consulting Country UK Division.

Overview

Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for business growth? RINA is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our Asset & Product Consulting unit. As part of our asset integrity team, you'll play a key role in targeting and securing new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships

Responsibilities

•    Collaborate with Service Line team leaders and fellow Business Development Managers to identify new business opportunities and manage client accounts.
•    Engage with current and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
•    Contribute to customer satisfaction and explore new market avenues.
•    Assist in contract negotiation and support the development of 'cross selling' opportunities.
•    Stay updated on competitor activity and market trends.

 

About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll work closely with our Service Line team leaders to enhance RINA's offerings nationally and internationally. Our asset integrity projects span various sectors, including manufacturing, power generation, defence, and more, covering the entire lifecycle of assets from concept to decommissioning.

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
•    Existing network within RINA's industrial markets advantageous.
•    Proven track record in client relationship management.
•    Experience in engineering consultancy and familiarity with laboratory analysis.
•    Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical assets projects, preferably in relevant industrial sectors.
•    Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Development.
•    Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
•    Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•    Full UK driving license required.
