Job description
Duties include:
• Assessing incoming orders via phone email and mailbox
• Responding to queries in a timely manner and using problem solving skills to quickly understand the customers needs
• Ensuring consistency and accuracy when keying data
• Liaising with internal departments to track order estimations
• Working closely with your team to ensure weekly and daily KPIs are met
• Ad hoc admin tasks for your manager
• Using several databases at once to check and track accurate data
Key skills required:
• Educated to Standard Grade level – preferably with English and Maths
• Previous experience of working within a fast paced order driven environment preferably within a manufacturing company
• Excellent communication skills
• A fast and accurate typing speed
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
