Full-Time Learning Support Assistant Location: Battersea ⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm Year 2 | Supporting Child with ASD and Behavioural Needs Start Date: ASAP SEN Experience Essential

Reeson Education is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Learning Support Assistant to join a school in Battersea. This role involves providing crucial support to a child in Year 2 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to a child in Year 2 with ASD and behavioural needs.
• Implement and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to address specific needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure effective support.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, with essential experience in SEN.
• Understanding of the specific needs associated with ASD and behavioural challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and patience in supporting children with special educational needs.
