Oak House is a specialist residential service situated in Diss, Norfolk for seven adults with autism, learning disabilities and associated mental health needs.​ Job Advert Role Description Are you a caring and creative person who is passionate about making a real difference to someone’s life? As a Team Leader you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our residents. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both residents and their families and staff, you will be supporting residents in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible. Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so energy and initiative is vital. As a Team Leader you will also be required to lead a team on a day to basis and support with some managerial tasks. At least one year’s team leader / senior experience working with adults with learning disabilities / mental health / autism is essential. Team Leader benefits include:
