Nurse Manager

£50,000 + 

Monday – Friday : 9am-5pm

I am so pleased to be recruiting for a Nurse Manager job in the Carrickfergus area. This position is in a reputable and respected home which demonstrates the highest level of patient care for elderly patients, Mental Health conditions and those with Learning and Physical disabilities. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager or Deputy Nurse Manager to take the next step in their nursing career!

The successful candidate will oversee and be responsible for: 

• Overall Quality control of the home.
• Governance of the home. 
• Overseeing monthly audits. 
• Leading by example and holding their entire team to the highest standard of patient care possible.
• Liaising with both outside agencies and statutory bodies such as the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority, ensuring compliance with the minimum care standards.
