The Company:
My client is a long-established Wealth Management Firm, based in Chesterfield. They are looking for a full-time Team Leader to join their back-office administration team to support their financial advisers.
This role is to supervise a team of administrators towards providing efficient administrative support to our Financial Advisers, whose clients include a number of HNW corporate & private clients. They have a strong team ethic which offers ongoing support and encouragement.
The Role:
The company is looking for a person to oversee our team of administrators and be able to offer them assistance and guidance.
Ideally, you will have a good knowledge of financial services and be proficient in using Intelligent Office
Financial Planning experience is NOT an essential requirement for the role. A strong team leader, and supervisory or management background will be the key requirement.
The Role:
- Maintenance of administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date
- Overseeing and ensuring compliance with key processes of the admin team
- The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Intelligent Office
- Production of Key Management Information reports
- Administration, submission, and monitoring of applications to completion
- Ensure efficient administrative support for our advisers
- Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails to clients
- Obtaining policy information and preparation of data for client meetings
- Prepare review letters and reports for approval by the Financial Adviser and prepare associated accompanying documentation as required.
- Deal with client queries

- We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude toward the daily challenges of a busy Practice
- Good levels of both written and verbal communication
- The candidate must be able to work using their own initiative
- Ability to manage own workload & meet specific deadlines
- A good attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy
- You must have good levels of IT skills and knowledge and experience with the MS Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, and Excel is desired
- Previous experience in Intelligent Office would be an advantage
