Our Equality Diversity & Inclusion Mission Statement
We believe that talent from different backgrounds and perspectives are what drives creativity. We celebrate diversity across gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, social class, and physical ability and we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where people can flourish, that promotes equality, respect and fairness for all, and where every individual can bring their whole self to work. We recognise the enduring impact of structural biases within our sector and we are working to develop increasingly pro-active policies, including anti-racist practices, to ensure the way we recruit and develop people will increase diversity at all levels of our organisation, especially in senior leadership. Our goal is to become representative of the communities we operate in. We will hold ourselves accountable by publishing an annual representation and pay-gap audit, through setting and achieving targets and offering unconscious bias training and a future leadership programme. We appreciate that the work we create on behalf of our clients contributes to wider culture. We are conscious of its potential to increase the representation of minorities and to challenge stereotypes. We endeavour to play a positive part in making culture and entertainment more diverse and representative.
