Job description

We are recruiting for a growth-driven firm focusing on OMBs and entrepreneurial-driven companies. This is a Uk firm with strong international connections and a sizeable tax team. 

As a senior professional at this firm, you will be part of the strategic decision-making process and have the opportunity to contribute to the firm's direction.

By working alongside the partners, you will promote your team's solutions to existing clients and support business development.

On the technical side, you will focus on the firm's best clients. Examples of work you could deal with include: demergers and restructuring, advice for shareholders, tax due diligence, share scheme planning etc.
