Qualified Social Worker, Wokingham Council, Adult Safeguarding Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team

Our client is looking for a qualified Social Worker with 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team

The team work extremely well together to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager

The responsibilities will include:

• Undertake initial assessments of Safeguarding referrals
• Sec 42 Enquiries and support move towards implementation of new safeguarding pathways and team
• Review Care Packages
• Adult Placement
• Report writing
• Home Visits
• Liaise with other professionals
• 36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
• 2 Month Temporary Contract
• Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance
