Our client is seeking an ambitious and driven corporate solicitor to join an established and experienced corporate department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware and ambitious candidate to join a reputable and thriving corporate team.
Ideally you will have at least 2+ years PQE in an array of corporate work. This role will involve managing a varied caseload of corporate transactions matters including acquisitions and disposals, MBO's and MBI's. Experience dealing with general company law, restructuring and banking matters and commercial contract work is required for this role.
If successful, you will perform the following tasks as a Corporate solicitor:
* Manage a varied caseload of corporate transaction matters including:
* acquisitions and disposals,
* MBO's and MBI's
* general company law
* restructuring and banking matters
* commercial contract
* Provide excellent client service
* Building relationships with clients both internally and externally
* Achieve billing targets

About you:
* A qualified solicitor with an active practicing certificate/ Chartered Legal Executive
* Ideally 2 years PQE or greater and within corporate or commercial practice areas
* Ability to add value and contribute to business development
