Job description

We are looking for a Change Lead to play a pivotal role in driving and managing change initiatives essential for the growth and development of our client's business

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the Change Management function, focusing on supporting Programme deployment and facilitating ongoing business growth

Collaborate with the Portfolio Office Director to align prioritised change activities with business objectives, ensuring clearly defined outcomes

Define the change toolkit, templates, and methodologies (e.g., PROSCI) to consistently deliver change initiatives

Formulate the Change Management Strategy and plans to support business objectives and change initiatives

Identify and cultivate the necessary capabilities within the Change Management team, providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members

Ensure consistent management of Change activities across projects and team members through hands-on quality assurance

Essential Skills 

Experience in setting up and managing Change Management teams

Experience in technology led/enabled change
