Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression each and every time. We are looking for a Night Porter:
- Who will actively participate in addressing complaints and resolving guest queries
- Who will complete financial auditing reports and procedures
- Who adapts well to business needs, assisting with other departments when needed such as, but not limited to; Concierge, Housekeeping and Room Service
- Who possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
- Who shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
- With previous experience as a Night Auditoror Night Porterin a hotel
As a Night Porteryou will receive:
- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days holiday per year(pro rata) – this increases with service!
