Recruitment Premia Available A payment of 10% increase in your starting salary, maintained every year for the duration of the recruitment premium (maximum 4 years); this sum remains at this value, and does not get re-calculated if the employee rises to a higher value salary on the incremental scale. Relocation assistance of up to £8,000 may be available for successful applicants moving to the region.
