Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional Senior Purchasing Business Analyst – ERP/Technology to join our highly skilled and dynamic Business Process Team.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Warwick or Bicester where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What's the opportunity

Reporting to the Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for analysing and mapping process for the procurement team whilst supporting ERP implementation and contributing to the success of the business.

What you will do:

• Investigating and analysing business needs and translating them into system requirements
• Documenting, supporting and maintaining the business processes
• Collaborating with stakeholders internally to support the ERP implementation
• Providing training, coaching, and guidance to internal members and key users on the new ERP to ensure best practice and standards are met
• Identifying and developing areas for process improvements and solutions to optimize the ERP implementation process
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the processes are aligned with the business objectives
• Become the SME within the purchasing function to embed and mature our ways of working
• Lead to understand, develop our data and metrics reporting and capability.

Who you are:

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in ERP implementations and software development lifecycle in complex IT estates
• Experience within a purchasing capacity role (desirable)
• Experience in P2P, Supplier Onboarding, RFQ, Supplier Portals, Contract Management APQP tools and modules
• Experience in Automotive or manufacturing industry (Contract manufacturing is desirable)
• Amazing stakeholder, project management skills
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
