As a Relief Security Officer at Sodexo, supporting both Tutbury (DE13 9LY) and Buxton (SK17 7JD) , you'll ensure the safety of our customers, staff, their buildings and assets. What you’ll do:
Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security protocols
Monitoring access control, weighbridge and other protective systems
Act as a first line response to activations & incidents
Log and transfer calls, relay messages and provide guidance and advice to visitors, clients, contractors and staff
Travelling between Tutbury and Buxton sites as required
To carry out regular patrols throughout the shift
What you bring:
Ability to interact with employees, contractors, consultants, visitors, and management as well as local police and fire authorities
Excellent communication and awareness skills, with the ability to build professional working relationships
An agile and adaptable approach
Experience in working in a similar role and computer literacy
Knowledge of security techniques, site and local emergency procedures
A valid SIA and Full driving Licence is essential upon
