Lovell is a newly built international kindergarten with the purpose to build Alpha generation, the generation with humanity, happiness, responsibilities, and capabilities. The school is built to uplift quality of future adult in Thailand. Located in Pattaya, the famous beach destination nearest to Bangkok.
The school founder, Ms. Pattamon Mekavarakul, successfully built and ran a world class award-winning five star beachfront resort in Thailand called ‘Cape Dara Resort’ for almost a decade. In 2019, she went through big changes in her life and had learnt about life like never before. She wished that she’d learnt all these since young and that she has immune to tackle whatever life brings.
“Perfection does not guarantee happiness. We, ourselves, can create happiness and live life the way we think we deserve”.
She realised that the best time to plant that immunity into one’s life is during 0-6 years old when we absorb everything and form humanity in our hearts. Therefore she started her kindergarten project in 2021 with strong passion to create a generation that is humane, happy, responsible, and capable. To produce children whom one day will become a high quality citizen of the world, who is not harmful to self and others. Who knows their right and get to live the life they deserve.
Lovell International School is designed and built based on the purpose to enhance the most crucial skill of the alpha generation, EF (Executive Functions). The skill that will help them overcome difficulties/boredom/hardness in order to achieve their goals. All school functions including 12 classrooms and fun activities that will help develop their brains and motor skills such as swimming pool, splash pool, gym, dance studio, cooking class, art studio, musical wall, in/outdoor playgrounds, and a family library for parents and children to build a lifelong learner community together.
The harmony of learning environment comes among big trees and other natural ingredients such as a bug hotel, key hole, flower garden with butterfly farm, the green kitchen, and many other plants where children can learn through play.
The school will be using the EYFS and National Curriculum with Montessori blend.
Purpose Head Teacher provides professional leadership and management for the educational team and takes prime responsibility for the overall well-being and happiness of each and every child in the school in line with the school’s Vision, Mission and Life Values. S/he ensures that every child has access to, and gains maximum benefit from the school‘s curriculum, including excellent pastoral support and guidance. S/he maintains close oversight as a professional expert, of all children’s progress and achievement and is an important point of contact with childrens’ parents.
