Job Title: Credit Controller

Job description: We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable organisation situated on the outskirts of Manchester city centre who are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their team for a three-month temporary assignment, on a full-time basis. There is a potential that this role will be made permanent after the initial temporary period.
As a dedicated Credit Controller, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding the financial stability of the company. This position promises a fast-paced environment where each day brings a new challenge, ensuring that your skills will be honed and your experience broadened.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining an up-to-date billing system
- Following up on, collecting, and allocating payments
- Carrying out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities is a key part of the role
- Resolve payment discrepancies, generate age analysis, and be proactive in managing the collection of debts
