What you will do in your working day
You will learn to:
- Recruit, engage, deploy & co-ordinate a team of Activity Professionals
- Delegate tasks to the team
- Manage budgets
- Develop an ambitious sales strategy
- Strengthen Customer and team relationships

- Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional Skills in maths & English (if required)
- Delivery method to be confirmed
