Hours: 4 sessions per week
Salary: £11,000 to £12,000 per session per annum depending on experience

Middleway Surgery are looking for a 4 session Salaried GP, growing to 6 sessions in the near future, with potential for future partnership.
We are friendly, dynamic, forward thinking and a supportive GMS practice, with above average earnings and have 4 GP partners, 1 salaried GP, 2 Practice Nurses, 2 HCAs, pharmacists, physios, social prescribers, women’s health nurse and a full comprehensive admin team.
We work closely with our neighbouring practices, and engage actively with our PCN Bosvena and 3 Harbours. We have good supportive working relationships and have completed and manage many successful projects providing additional benefits to our patients.
We are positioned in Mid-Cornwall, a 5 minute drive to the local beach and a few miles from the local fishing village Fowey 30 minutes from Truro and an hour from Plymouth. We are also local to the Eden Project.
We have a list size of approximately 6,700.

We are a well-established training Practice for GP Registrars and Medical Students and Nurse Students and a developing Research Practice. We offer a full range of services. We use EMIS Web Clinical System
The post will involve managing your own workload, home visits, with duty and prescription reviews on a rota basis. We actively encourage specialist interests.
4 sessions per week, between £11k-£12k per session pa depending on experience, starting May 2024.
