Edgware, (Hybrid)

Full-time, Permanent

£75,000 - £80,000 per annum

Summary

Tide Partnership are delighted to be working with a charity who are looking to grow their executive team by recruiting a Finance Director. This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance professional to lead and develop a wonderful charity with a fantastic cause.

The Role

As the Finance Director, you will be instrumental in the strategic planning for the long-term success of the charity.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to): 

• Ensuring the charity's financial stability and regulatory adherence are upheld, safeguarding its financial health.
• Creating timely, precise, and illuminating management reports for the CEO, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and Board of Trustees.
• Planning and contributing to the long-term strategy plan
• Leading all relevant projects for the charity when required
• Managing a small finance team, having a hands-on approach

Job Criteria

• CIMA, ACCA, ACA (or Similiar)
• Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach
• Ability to form long-lasting relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Strong commercial focus, with good analytical skills
• Knowledge of the charity sector is highly advantageous
