Job description
We are partnering with a standout, heavyweight private client team in the Midlands to recruit at salaried Partner level. Your mission will be to play a pivotal role alongside two other partners in growing the firm’s presence in Nottingham.
The opportunity here is huge, as there is an entire market of HNW individuals – particularly in the agricultural space – that is being underserviced. You will quickly make a name for yourself in this space, becoming the “go-to” private client Partner in the region.
You will build out a market-leading team dealing with HNW and UHNW tax and trusts, wills and probate, and estate/succession planning.
The right person will have experience of managing or supervising juniors and a willingness to develop business and grow a team.
You’ll work alongside the very best in their field, as the team is the biggest private client team in the West Midlands and is ranked very highly in the Legal 500. The firm is also listed in The Times Best Law Firms guide.
The firm has a generous hybrid working policy and a collaborative and down-to-earth working environment.
This opportunity is perfect for anyone who has made Partner but feels their career has stalled or there isn’t a clear progression pathway in the near future.
