Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London
As a Barback at One Hundred Shoreditch Rooftop Bar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our bar, supporting our bartenders and delighting our guests with exceptional service. From stocking the bar to assisting with beverage preparation, you will be an integral part of creating memorable moments for our patrons against the backdrop of the London skyline.
Responsibilities:
Assist bartenders in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service.
Ensure the bar is fully stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other necessary supplies throughout the shift.
Prepare garnishes, fresh ingredients, and mise en place to support efficient beverage service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area, including regular cleaning of glassware and bar equipment.
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, assisting with drink orders and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
