Remuneration: Circa £110,000 Take Home based on 5 days

Description: Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week in a busy, well-established, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Bicester, Oxfordshire. 
•    £13.50 per UDA
•    EXCELLENT PRIVATE INCOME - £6000 gross per month
•    6500 UDAs available (flexible with target)
•    50% split on Private and Labs
•    Existing, well maintained patient list - Current Associate is reducing days
•    7 Associates currently employed
•    Fully computerised surgeries - 5 surgery practice
•    Digital x-rays
•    OPG
•    Rotary endo
•    Longstanding support team
•    FREE on street parking
•    Practicing principal has owned for 18 years
•    30 minutes from Oxford and 30 minutes from Banbury
•    Available now, start date negotiable

- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
