Cleaner

Location: Dudley

Hours: 15:00 – 18:00

Salary/Hourly Rate: 11.68ph

We are recruiting for several cleaners to work in school across the Dudley area on either an ad-hoc or long term basis.

The successful candidate will have responsibilities ranging from cleaning classrooms, toilets, halls, and staffrooms, with managing time effectively to complete tasks.

To apply you will require;

• Experience working as a cleaner previously
• Experience or certifications working with chemicals (advantageous not essential)
• References to be provided from 2 previous employments
• DBS registered to the update service (Monarch Education can provide an application should you require)

Cleaner main responsibilities and duties (but not limited to)

• Maintaining a clean environment in certain parts of the school site.
• Cleaning toilets and replenishing toiletries.
• Reporting defects/hazards to the appropriate person.
• Vacuuming carpets and washing floors.
• Sweeping uncarpeted areas.
• Cleaning and disinfecting all drink water stations.
