Role Description: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for students. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one or small group support, and contributing to the overall success of the school community.
Key Responsibilities: - As a Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of lessons and classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by teachers.
- As a Teaching Assistant you will assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- As a Teaching Assistant you will foster positive relationships with students and support their social and emotional development.
- Assist with the implementation of behaviour support strategies.
- As a Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with colleagues to create an engaging and supportive school community.
The ideal candidate for Teaching Assistant would have: - Adequate References
- Valid up to date DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one
