This is one of the biggest brands in the global drinks industry today. They’ve grown 20% in the last year due to their effective marketing strategies and a team of employees that strive to be their best every day and are HUGE ambassadors for this amazing business. They’re now looking for someone to join their Marketing team and this role could be the one for you!
You will be responsible for growing sales and consumption of product through field marketing in your region. You’ll spend your days working in locations and communities across your region, growing brand visibility, product availability, brand experiences and product consumption in key moments when people need it! You will increase product consideration through initiatives that grow trial, availability and visibility using four key pillars of the field marketing mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture and Communications). You will work closely with the sales teams in both the On Trade and Off Trade as well as finding new business opportunities, impacting the heart of local consumers, ultimately leading to the successful development of the business. This isn’t your average 9-5 office job as you will be out in the field ensuring their products are relevant and present in the right places on any day of the week and at a time when people need them.
You will have experience of marketing, if possible both the ideation and execution of campaigns. Having experience of people management too is essential as this role comes with c. 7 direct reports who call on Universities in the region. If you have experience of events too that would be amazing!
Location: You need to be based in Glasgow or West Scotland in order to be considered for this role. Home Based
Salary : Up to £38,000 basic, bonus, company car, pension, healthcare etc.
