Overview
Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with an established national charity who offers support to individuals with learning disabilities and other complex conditions, to recruit for a Registered Manager to oversee their service in Penrith, Cumbria which provides care to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and various other associated needs. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience as a Manager, with exposure to complex needs – ideally learning disabilities.
The Candidate
As the Registered Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Operations, and you will have overall responsibility for managing the 9-bed Supported-Living service who support adults with profound learning disabilities and physical disabilities. You will be responsible for all aspects of the resident's care, providing management to the staff team to ensure the provision of a high standard of appropriate support and the effective delivery of quality services. You will work within the Charity's Business Plan and performance measures ensuring that staff and services are properly and effectively managed supported to a high standard.

Location
This role is based in Penrith, Cumbria and is commutable from Keswick, Langwathby, Tebay, Warcop, Alston and Carlisle.
Interview Process
The interview process involves a Teams call with the Head of Operations and another Registered Manager and then potentially a site visit interview.
