As an Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of exceptional audit and assurance services. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of audit projects, from planning through to completion, and will act as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and building strong, lasting relationships. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage time and resources to meet deadlines and client expectations. Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and deliver audit engagements for a varied client portfolio, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team
Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for audit matters, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Contribute to the development and improvement of audit methodologies and the firm's overall service offering

Requirements

ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with substantial audit experience in a UK practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build and maintain strong client relationships
