About the Role:

As a QA Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the expanding software Quality Assurance team, focusing on their industry leading LED processors. Working collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams, including software, embedded software, hardware, and third-party integrations, you'll directly communicate with developers to resolve bugs and contribute to client-facing elements.

Core Responsibilities:

• Create, review, and execute test suites for manual and automated testing on hardware, software, and embedded software.
• Troubleshoot and investigate complex issues from both engineering and customer perspectives.
• Log, update, and review bug tickets.
• Actively learn new technologies to improve product testing and maintain confidence in product quality.

Requirements:

• Inquisitive and passionate about entertainment technology.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• 6 months+ experience in creating, reviewing, and executing test plans.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and investigating complex issues.
• Commitment to learning new technologies and testing methods.
• Experience working across teams and disciplines.
• Familiarity with high-level programming languages (e.g., Python or Java).
• Analytical mindset and perseverance in the face of challenges.
