The Role

As the Group Operations Director, you'll be the architect of our operational strategy. You'll oversee multiple entities within the HVAC group, ensuring streamlined processes, top–tier quality, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire excellence, mentor department heads, and drive the team towards ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate operational activities across diverse HVAC entities.
• Implement efficient processes to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing for continuous improvement.

What We Offer

The Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in HVAC or facilities management.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a knack for aligning diverse teams towards common objectives.

• Strong commercial acumen.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In–depth knowledge of the HVAC industry, regulations, and market trends.
• Strong decision–making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
