Job Title: Global Mobility Consultant (Expat Pay knowledge required)
Salary: up to £80K
Location: Berkshire / hybrid
JGA are partnered with a renowned consultancy looking to add a Global Mobility Consultant to their team with Expat payroll knowledge.
The successful applicant will have extensive Expat payroll knowledge as well as a proven history as a Global Mobility Consultant for a professional consultancy.
Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing business strategies
- Conducting reviews of customer deliverables across payroll and finance
- Identifying technology user experience improvements
- Ensuring UAT
- Assessing Global Mobility market trends
- Ensuring reporting is delivered on time and in compliance.
Skills required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in global mobility / global compensation
- Experience in change management
- Understanding of customer sales process and retention
- Being involved in technology demonstration
- Expat payroll knowledge essential.
