Key Account Manager (Contractor Services)Sales

Luton, Hertfordshire london

£25,000-£30,000 + OTE of £40,000 + Per year

PURPOSE

To maintain, develop and increase levels of business from selected accounts of the company.
Establish and develop relationships at both management and consultant level
Increase clients awareness of the Group and report on potential avenues of business for the Group.
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information, maintaining accurate client records using company databases and other formats
Liaise with contractor team to debrief them on agency changes, sales campaigns etc

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Descriptors of impact on Technology, People, Customer, Business & Financial dimensions of the role
" Maximise ROI from agency hospitality, rebates, etc
" Develop referral process in order to increase speed of registration and efficiency
" Maintain accurate up to date intelligence on in-house systems
" Establish a consistent service plan for recruitment businesses including face to face meetings and training sessions as agreed
" Motivate agencies to utilise the Groups services through use of exemplary customer services
" Create a network of contacts in order to maximise potential business leads
" Network within business communities to build business leads and cross sell where possible
" Attend company functions and events as necessary

 

Requirements

Previous experience and success within the umbrella industry as an account manager is essential.
