We are working with one of the UK's leading utilities company who are looking for a ServiceNow Admin to join the team.
They are working on a remote basis, with the potential to come to their office once a month.
They are looking for a professional with 1 years' experience with ServiceNow, with an associated ServiceNow certification. This is a great opportunity for learning and development for a ServiceNow professional who is looking to progress in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the principal overseer of the ServiceNow platform, responsible for its configuration, upkeep, and assistance
- Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and deploy solutions within ServiceNow to streamline business processes.
- Customize and tailor ServiceNow modules, encompassing Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Administer user access, roles, and permissions within the ServiceNow environment.
- Develop and manage ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to track system usage and optimize performance.
- Execute regular system maintenance duties such as patching, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Deliver comprehensive user training and assistance to ensure proficient utilization of the ServiceNow platform.
- Diagnose and resolve ServiceNow configuration, workflow, and integration challenges.
- Remain informed about ServiceNow platform updates, emerging features, and industry best practices to maintain cutting-edge proficiency.
Requirements for application:
- 1-year ServiceNow Experience
- Associated ServiceNow Certification
