Veritas have a fantastic opportunity for a Science Teacher with QTS (specialising in Chemistry) to join a friendly, inclusive school in Lambeth making a difference to the lives of their diverse student community. The school itself have high expectations of both students and staff and takes pride in their state-of-the-art facilities. Pastoral systems are strong, and they value a curriculum with activities that educate the whole child.

A successful Science Teacher will be:

• Enthusiastic about the Science curriculum and have strong subject knowledge.
• Take pride in the quality of your teaching and learning in your classroom.
• Keeping up to date with curricular developments.
• Present concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Education and Training needed for the role of Science Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (with DfE Number).
• Hold a relevant degree (Science)
• Knowledge of Curriculum and SEN Code of Practice.
• Willingness to develop own expertise.
