The Opportunity:
Join our dynamic team as a Trainee Talent Acquisition Specialist and embark on an exciting journey to master the fundamentals of recruitment. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for connecting with talent, coupled with a keen interest in learning the ropes of the recruitment landscape. You will delve into essential recruitment processes, systems, and workflows, gaining valuable insights from sourcing through to successfully closing candidates. The successful candidate will quickly learn how best in class internal and external recruitment processes function including how to build a strong employer brand.
You will work directly with our founder who will equip you with modern tools & skills to become a Talent SME!
Responsibilities:
- Learn the Ropes: Dive into the world of recruitment, understanding the intricacies of both internal and agency practices.
- System Mastery: Acquire proficiency in recruitment systems, harnessing the power of technology to streamline processes.
- Sourcing Excellence: Develop skills in candidate sourcing, utilising various channels to identify and attract top-tier talent.
- Client and Candidate Management: Hone the art of managing client and candidate expectations, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Gain hands-on experience in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial engagement to successful placement.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic Learner: A passion for learning and a genuine interest in the recruitment domain.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients, candidates, and team members.
- Tech-Savvy: You will be working with modern recruitment software so you must be comfortable navigating technology and utilising it to enhance efficiency.

Education:
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
