What you’ll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Team Leader. You will be responsible for managing a small team of support workers, conducting and documenting care plans and risk assessments, staff supervisions, and team meetings. You will also work with our Care Managers in supporting the best outcomes for clients and staff, ensuring that excellent services are delivered. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
What you’ll need
Previous senior care assistant or management experience is required as well as a compassionate and empathetic nature, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others. Minimum of 2 years of LD experience.
