About the role

As Heat Pump Trainer at Aira you will beresponsible for delivering training in all aspects of Air Source Heat Pump Installation to our Engineers at our purpose made academy in Dartford.

Youll work closely with our Academy Manager and whilst youll be working at our brand new Aira Academy in Dartford (DA1 4AL) youll be part of wider European training network inspiring and educating the next generation of Air Source Heat Pump Installers from Manchester to Milan... And beyond!

What youll be doing as aHeat Pump Trainer at Aira

• Delivering inspiring and interesting training to our Engineers including:
  
  • System configuration
  • Pipe routing and installation
  • Core drilling clipping and lagging
    
  • Radiator installation
  • Heat Pump and Cylinder installation
  • Commissioning
  • Property risk assessment asbestos awareness working at heights manual handling
  • Using software and tools
    
  • Regional regulatory compliance
  • Customer Service

What youll need as aHeat Pump Trainer at Aira

• Experience installing domestic airtowaterheat pumps is crucial including necessary qualifications which could include City and Guilds NVQ 2 & 3 Gas Safe BPEC Level 3 or Electrical qualifications.
• Experience in previous training roles is not essential but may be beneficial.
